Perched high above the shimmering expanse of Biscayne Boulevard, this two-story sanctuary at the Marquis Miami captures the curated elegance of the city while maintaining the soulful warmth of a private retreat. The design concept centers on architectural transparency and vertical connectivity, specifically highlighted by the master suite that dramatically overlooks the double-height living volume through seamless glass galleries. By balancing the sweeping, cinematic views of the Miami skyline with intimate, meticulously curated interiors, the home achieves a sophisticated harmony—redefining the urban condo as a masterful interplay of open-air grandeur and serene seclusion.
Construct
The construction of this Marquis Miami residence exemplifies Troy Dean Home’s signature design-build precision, where structural transparency meets master-grade materiality. To highlight the home’s dramatic two-story volume, the execution focused on a seamless vertical integration, utilizing glass-walled galleries that allow the master suite to float effortlessly above the living area. The architectural envelope is defined by extensive custom walnut millwork, meticulously book-matched and integrated to provide functional storage and hidden transitions that maintain a clean, minimalist profile.The layout utilizes an expansive, open-concept floor plan that draws the vibrant light of Biscayne Boulevard deep into the interior. This sense of scale is balanced by a sophisticated layered lighting scheme, featuring recessed architectural fixtures and soft LED coves that trace the rhythmic lines of the wood-paneled ceilings. Every finish—from the oversized marble kitchen island to the hand-selected stone feature walls—was executed with a commitment to technical restraint, ensuring that high-level craftsmanship serves as a quiet, durable foundation for a lifestyle of elevated clarity.
